OUR PHILOSOPHY
Lila Flow offers in-person, hybrid and retreat style Teacher Trainings in Pilates, Yoga and Meditation for those that have a passion for wellness practice, want to develop their unique voice, while also honoring the roots and history of each movement modality. Designed and led by Master Teachers Patricia Pinto and Taryn Vander Hoop with collaborations from many Senior Teachers, you can trust that you are going to be taught and mentored by Teachers with hundreds of teaching and training hours.
