Lila Flow 200hr RYT Yoga Teacher Training is an immersive online training program designed to elicit knowledgeable, inspired and compassionate yoga teachers. Our philosophy is centered around you, the student, to meet you where you are on your journey. We provide you with the tools to develop your individual style and find playfulness and creativity while sequencing intelligent and anatomically driven classes. We welcome and encourage all levels, ages, and abilities.
Lila Flow YTT is certified by the Yoga Alliance, meaning your certificate is recognized worldwide, but our training goes above and beyond the requirements. We have trainees creating and teaching from day one, so that by the end of the training you are prepared to step into the seat of the Teacher with confidence and grace. Our curriculum builds sequentially to support your growth, while challenging you to embody the philosophy of yoga through our multidisciplinary and holistic approach. Our well-rounded program prepares you not only to teach, but to live your practice in your daily life on and off the mat.
Expect to learn, grow, and open your mind and body in ways you didn’t know were possible. You’ll experience tremendous growth as an individual, develop life long friendships and learn a whole new skill set of healing and wellness. Your full participation in the training is required and will yield the best possible result for your teaching and path forward.
We can't wait to work with you!

She received her first certification of yoga back in 2008 in a classical Power Yoga form from the lineage of Baron Baptiste Power Yoga. Since then, she has completed over 800 hours of trainings through various styles, including Kula Yoga Flow advanced teacher training, Conquering Lion teacher training (Jivamukti lineage) Kundalini, Kids Yoga, Pilates mat, Barre, and Pilates Reformer/Cadillac training. She is also Level II Reiki certified. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a B.S. in Dance, English, and Spanish and moved to NYC in hot pursuit of a career on the stage. Knowing her ultimate goal was to teach she made a 2-year pit-stop at NYU Tisch School of the Arts where she received an MFA in Dance Performance and Choreography. At Tisch, Taryn met her partner-in-crime, Sumi Clements, and they co-founded Summation Dance, an all-female modern dance company. The company has performed at notable venues, such as Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM), Baryshnikov Arts Center (BAC), Jacob's Pillow, and Z-Space. For more on the company, check out summationdance.org

The practice of yoga has transformed Taryn's mind and body and she has been able to translate much of her yoga practice into her daily life. By finding her exhale on the mat, she was able to release tension from her body throughout the day and in her dancing. Mantra and meditation practice enhanced her focus, confidence, and performance on the many stages of life. The list goes on and on. Yoga has given Taryn more than she ever could have imagined and her mission is to help people find confidence and joy in movement, and mindfulness in daily life. Her aim as an educator is to help her students see fewer limitations and realize more possibilities, both on and off the mat.
