Daily meditations and journaling prompts: we offer daily inspiration to create the habits needed to ignite your potential.
Once a week live workshops - Via Zoom. Recordings are available to you four weeks after the program.
Accountability: Journal and share your experiences within a supporting community fully supported by your mentor. Each group is intimate and curated to support your success.
Active Inspiration: You’ll receive access to the Empowered Mentorship Platform with resources such as meditations, breathwork, yoga classes, and lectures.
Teachers Mentorship: Submit two recordings of a class for your mentor to evaluate and your peers to give you feedback.
For Practitioners and Teachers: Weekly Yoga and Pilates Master classes with guest teachers and lecturers.

WEEK 2 - TAPAS How to achieve your goals. Find the obstacles that keep you from truly committing and align yourself with the empowered version of you. Create a blueprint to achieve your goals. First class recording is due for teachers.
WEEK 3 - VISUALIZE THE TEACHER Tap into the Teacher within with ancient and current techniques and practices. We dive deep into what makes an inspiring & authentic teacher and practitioner.
WEEK 4- CLOSING THE GATHERING We close by gathering the tools presented throughout for a clear path into your future. Second class and final class assessment is due.
Your Mentor
Patricia Pinto is the Co-Founder of Lila Flow Yoga Programs and Love Surf Yoga Retreats. She has taught thousands of Yoga and Pilates classes and led more than 50 yoga retreats and trainings worldwide. With an interest in alternative therapies since 2001, her trainings include those in the traditions of Ashtanga, Vinyasa Power, Meditation, Mindfulness, Shamanic Healing, Reiki, Yin, Mobility, Pilates Mat, Pilates Apparatus, Neuroscience, Therapeutics, EMDR Therapies, Kundalini, Thai massage and so much more. Her extensive knowledge and casual demeanor is what makes Patricia so accessible; she is a seasoned professional yet approachable and friendly. She currently teaches Mindfulness and Meditation for the United Nations, University of Miami, Core by Hyperice, Teacher Trainings around the world and locally in Miami Beach for YoBk and Equinox.
