Join us for a 7-Day wellness program focused on
Movement, Meditation and Mindful Eating Practices

by Patricia Pinto, Jackie Topol, and Taryn Vander Hoop

You’ll start the week by setting an intention and defining what wellness means to you personally. Next, you’ll head to the supermarket and prepare for a week of nourishing meals that will invigorate you from the inside out!

Each day you will receive a movement practice class (yoga, pilates, or a fusion!) and a meditation or journal prompt.

At the end of the week, you'll have experienced the difference seven days of mindful movement, nutrition, and intention can make for your wellbeing, and create strategies to continue on your own!

The $29 package (valued at $300) includes:

  • A 7-day Plant-Based meal plan (3-meals per day + 1 snack) and grocery list

  • Two cooking classes
