Teachers who have completed our 200-hour trainings apply their knowledge in one or more of the following ways:
Lead group and private classes for all levels in studio and gym settings
Integrate yoga practices into their professions
Become Yoga professionals
Apply meditation, breathing, and yoga philosophy techniques to their everyday life to relieve stress and live a more mindful lifestyle
This training is perfect for anyone that wants to dive into the benefits of yoga under the guidance of master teachers, all on your own schedule.
Investment for this training is $2,250 USD.
Our self-paced 200-hour yoga teacher training brings world-renewed yoga instructors and scholars into your living room.
We have curated the program to make online learning fun and connected, as deep and transformative.
Co-Founders, Patricia Pinto and Taryn Vander Hoop, welcome you virtually into the program and guide you through the lectures. It’s like we are right there with you.
We are committed to your success and are available throughout the training for consultation and questions.
Our partners, Embodied Philosophy, bring in the top academics in yoga philosophy so you will receive the latest research from renowned scholars on many of the sacred texts that inform our practice in the West.
Each module builds sequentially so you will gain the tools to go deeper with confidence into your yoga practice each week.
Plus, one of the benefits of doing a self-paced virtual training is you can always go back and re-watch anything you need, or retake classes that speak to your spirit.
We have hundreds of graduates teaching all over the world, and you will join our network of yogis who are committed to social justice, honoring yoga’s roots, and teaching creative and anatomically-informed sequencing.
